Live one-to-one classes
The madrasa your child would go to after school, at home: Quran and Islamic classes for Muslim kids, one-to-one, with a checked teacher and a female supervisor in every class.
Give your child a positive start with a 1-on-1 live Quran class. No payment needed.Up to 3 Days Free Trial · No card needed
An online madrasa (madrasah or maktab) teaches what the evening or weekend madrasa at a mosque usually teaches: Noorani Qaida, Quran reading with Tajweed, Hifz, duas, salah and Islamic manners, but live on video, one-to-one, at times that suit your family. At Online Quran Learnings each lesson is 30 minutes, children start from age 4, and a female supervisor listens to every class.
Your child has their own teacher, male or female as you choose, and learns at their own pace instead of the pace of a group. Parents can join any lesson without telling us first, and every child is tested at the end of each month. Fees start at $30 a month, Islamic studies costs nothing extra, and there is a free trial of up to 3 days with no card.

The two things a madrasa is for: reading the Quran correctly, and growing up knowing how to pray and how to live as a Muslim. We teach both, one-to-one, from the first Arabic letter onwards.
Allah is One, the pillars of Iman and Islam, and the six kalimas with their meanings.
Wudu step by step, then salah for boys and girls, and the short surahs said in it.
Duas for waking, eating, sleeping and leaving home, and short hadith learned by heart with their meaning.
Stories of the prophets, then the life of the Prophet ﷺ, told at your child’s age.
Honesty, kindness, respect for parents, and the manners of eating, greeting and sleeping.
Arabic is a separate course for children who want to understand the words they read.
Your child can learn Quran and Islamic studies together in the same 30-minute class, or take just one subject. You choose, and the teacher shapes each lesson around your child. The full syllabus, level by level, is on our curriculum page.
A mosque madrasa gives a child friends, a community and the masjid itself; an online madrasa gives a child their own teacher and usually more reading time in every lesson. Many families use both: the mosque for community, online lessons for steady one-to-one Quran.

If your child needs more reading time, a set pace or times that fit around school, online one-to-one fills the gap.
More on this choice: online Quran classes or mosque classes and weekend Islamic school or online classes.
You choose the days, the times and the number of lessons, up to five a week. Classes run at any hour, so a time after school or after Maghrib is not a problem.
No lesson: Wed, Fri
An example only. Weekday evenings, weekends or both; we agree your times on WhatsApp.
Weekend-only families can book Saturday and Sunday lessons: see weekend online Quran classes. For lessons straight after the school bell, see Quran classes after school.
The teacher finds your child’s level in the first class and suggests where to start. Up to 3 Days Free Trial, no card needed.
A teacher of your choice, male or female, checked before they teach, and a female supervisor listening to every lesson. Our teachers are mostly based in Egypt, the UAE, India and Pakistan. We check every teacher’s ID and certificates before they teach, and a female supervisor joins every class.
Every child is tested at the end of each month, and the monthly progress report is based on that test. The full rules are on our child safety page.
One monthly fee for one child, set by the number of lessons a week, the same for every subject. Islamic studies on its own or with Quran costs nothing extra, there is no registration fee, and the fee is the same for a male or female teacher.

A madrasa (madrasah or maktab) your child joins from home. It teaches what a mosque madrasa usually teaches (Qaida, Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz, duas, salah and manners), but live on video. Ours is one-to-one: one teacher and your child, with a female supervisor listening.
Children from age 4 to 14. Four-year-olds start with the Arabic letters, short duas and stories; older children go on to fluent reading, Tajweed, Hifz, salah and the seerah.
No. Every lesson is one-to-one, so your child reads to the teacher for the whole 30 minutes and moves at their own pace. Brothers and sisters each have their own class, often booked back to back.
Yes, and many families do: the mosque for community and friends, online lessons for steady one-to-one Quran. Tell the teacher what your child covers at the mosque so the two fit together.
Yes, you can choose a female or a male teacher. We cannot promise a female teacher at every time of day, so tell us early and we will do our best to match you. A female supervisor listens to every class either way.
Up to five a week. We suggest three classes a week, so each lesson stays fresh, and you can change the number later.
No certificates are issued. Every child is tested at the end of each month, and the monthly progress report is based on that test.
From $30 a month, with one fee for every subject and no registration fee. The second and every later child gets 10% off. Start with a free trial of up to 3 days, no card needed.
