Class policy

Your child’s classes

Every class is live and one-to-one, 30 minutes long, with the same teacher at the same time each week. A female supervisor listens to every class.

• Choose 1 to 5 classes a week.
• Choose a male or female teacher.
• Classes run 24/7, so you pick a time in your own time zone.
• If you want a plan that is not listed, tell us and we will try to make it work.

Fees and payment

Plans start from $30 a month, depending on how many classes a week you choose. See every plan and price.

Fees are monthly and paid in advance, after the free trial or when regular classes begin. There is no sign-up fee.

You can pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer. If none of these work for you, email info@onlinequranlearnings.com and we will find another way.

If you cannot pay on time, please tell us early. If money is tight, talk to us and we will try to help. Low-income families can ask for a 10% discount.

If we miss a class

If your teacher is not available, or a class does not happen because of us, that class is refunded or taken off next month’s fee. You do not lose anything.

If your child needs to miss a class

Please tell us before the class, for any reason. You can then choose a make-up class or have the fee adjusted next month.

Your teacher keeps the time free for your child, so a class missed without telling us cannot be refunded or made up.

Moving a class to another time

Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. We will find another time with the same teacher where possible.

Public and Eid holidays

Public holidays and Eid holidays are already counted in the monthly fee. They are paid leave for our teachers, so these days are not refunded.

Changing teacher, course or plan

You can ask for a new teacher at any time, without giving a reason. Your child can also move to another course, such as from Qaida to Tajweed, or change how many classes a week they take. The fee is the same for every course.

Stopping classes

There is no contract. You can stop at any time. If you ask within 5 calendar days of the first paid class, you get a full refund. After that, we only charge for the classes your child attended and return the rest. See the refund policy.

Safety rules in every class

These rules apply to every child, every lesson.

• A female supervisor joins every class and listens to the whole lesson.
• Parents can join any class, any time, without telling us first.
• Lessons are recorded, and you can ask for your child’s recording.
• Teachers never message a child outside class. All messages go through our team to you.

Helping each class go well

A few small things make a big difference for children.

• Join on time, so your child gets the full 30 minutes.
• Use headphones with a mic, and a quiet spot at a table.
• Keep the camera on so the teacher can see your child read.
• Tell us early if something changes at home or at school.
