We want every family to feel sure before paying. You can try free trial classes first, and if regular classes are not right for you, our refund policy keeps things fair.
Free trial classes first
Meet your teacher and try real classes before you pay anything.
Full refund in 5 calendar days
Not satisfied? Refund requests must be made within 5 calendar days of the first paid class.
Pay only for classes attended
After 5 calendar days from the first paid class, attended classes are deducted and the rest is returned.
Our miss, your credit
Classes missed from our side are refunded or adjusted.
Try before you pay
Start with free trial classes to decide whether the classes and the teacher suit you.
Start regular classes
Enrol and begin your paid classes when you are happy.
First 5 calendar days: full refund
Not satisfied? Ask within 5 calendar days of the first paid class and we refund your fee in full.
After that: pay for what you attended
We deduct only the classes attended and return the rest of the fee.

Refund requests must be made within 5 calendar days of the first paid class. If you are not satisfied with our teaching and contact us within that time, we will refund your fee in full.
After 5 calendar days
After 5 calendar days from the first paid class, we deduct the fee for the classes you attended and return the rest of your fee.
Classes missed on our side
If some of your scheduled classes were not recorded from our side, the charge for those classes is either refunded or adjusted against next month’s fee.
If your teacher is unavailable for a class, the charge for that class is refunded or adjusted in next month’s fee.
If you need to miss a class
Please let us know if you cannot attend a class, for any reason. You can then choose a make-up class or have the fee adjusted in next month’s fee.
Public and Eid holidays
Public holidays and Eid holidays are paid leave for our teachers.
How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp, use our contact page or e-mail info@onlinequranlearnings.com. Tell us the student’s name and the date of the first paid class, and our team will take it from there.
