Will my son keep the same teacher?
Yes. Your son keeps the same teacher at the same time each week, so they build trust. If something needs to change, this is how it works.
- Change teacher
- Just ask, at any time. You do not have to give a reason. You can also move to a female teacher, at the same price.
- Move a class
- Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. We find another time, with the same teacher where possible.
- If the teacher cannot make a class
- Any class missed on our side is refunded or taken off next month’s fee.
- If your son misses a class
- Tell us before the class, then choose a make-up class or have the fee adjusted next month. A class missed without telling us cannot be made up.
- Stop any time
- There is no contract. Ask within 5 calendar days of the first paid class for a full refund.
