Is an online Islamic school accredited, and does it matter?

The short answer
Accreditation matters if a school replaces your child’s normal schooling. For after-school Quran and Islamic studies classes, it does not apply. What matters there is who teaches, who supervises, how progress is shared, and how easy it is to change or stop.

What to check instead
- How teachers are checked before they teach children
- Whether anyone else is in the lesson
- Whether you can join or ask for a recording
- How progress is reported
- Clear fees and a clear refund policy
See how we handle each of these on our child safety page and class policy.
