The short answer
It depends on who misses it. At Online Quran Learnings, if we miss a class it is refunded or taken off next month’s fee. If your child needs to miss one, tell us before the class and choose a make-up class or a fee adjustment. Classes missed without notice cannot be made up.
Our rules, simply
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Teacher or academy misses the class | Refunded or taken off next month’s fee |
| You tell us before the class | Make-up class or fee adjusted |
| Missed without telling us | Cannot be refunded or made up |
| Public and Eid holidays | Included in the fee, not refunded |
