Online Quran classes for kids
Online Quran classes for kids are live one-to-one lessons where a qualified teacher teaches your child on a video call. At Online Quran Learnings each class is 30 minutes, children start from age 4, a female supervisor listens to every lesson, and you can book a 3-day free trial before paying. For families in Australia, lessons are set in your own local time (AEST, ACST and AWST, with or without daylight saving); after school is usually 4–8pm, and we suggest 3 classes a week — A$74 a month (about A$6.17 a lesson).
The Arabic letters and their sounds, then joined letters and the vowel marks (harakat, tanween, madd, sukoon and shaddah), from our own OQLS Qaida.
From the Qaida into the Quran itself, starting with the short surahs, at your child’s own pace.
A male or female teacher, your choice, so your child feels at ease and keeps moving forward.
She listens to the whole class, so it stays safe, kind and on track.

Kind, checked teachersID, certificates and a watched demo before they teach a child.
“My kids have learnt so much within such a short space of time. Very impressed would definitely recommend.”

From the Qaida into the Quran itself, starting with the short surahs, at your child’s own pace.
The rules of reciting correctly, like makharij, qalqalah and madd, taught one at a time while your child reads.
Short surahs from Juz Amma first, then Hifz for children who are ready, with revision in every class.

Every Arabic letter with its sound written in English underneath, so English-speaking children are never lost.

How a letter changes shape at the start, middle and end of a word.

The double vowel marks that add an “n” sound at the end of a word.

The stop and pause signs, so your child can read the Quran on their own.

What we do promise is honesty. After the first week the teacher tells you what pace to expect, and every month your report shows exactly which lesson your child is on.
Our suggestion: 3 classes a week. Three classes a week keeps a young child’s memory of each lesson fresh. Every class is 30 minutes and one-to-one, and the fee is the same for every course and for a male or female teacher.
Prices in Australian dollars for Australia. Paid monthly. No enrolment fee, no contract. Every plan starts with the free trial, and you choose the number of classes after it.

Classes run 24/7, so any time works. A 30-minute slot fits well between 4pm and 8pm local time after school, or a weekend morning. NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and the ACT change their clocks in April and October; Queensland, WA and the NT do not. We adjust your slot so it never drifts.
Yes. Every family in Australia chooses a male or female teacher, and a female supervisor joins every lesson live.
From age 4. Young children start with letters and sounds in short, playful 30-minute lessons. Not sure your child is ready? The 3-day free trial lets you see for yourself, with no card and no obligation.
Yes. For children, a focused 30-minute one-to-one lesson several times a week builds more than one long weekly class, because each lesson is revised before the memory fades.
Yes. Your child keeps the same teacher, so they build trust and the teacher always knows where they are. If the fit is not right, you can change teacher at any time without giving a reason.
Every month you get a progress report: the lesson your child is on, what is going well and what to practise at home. You can also join any class without telling us first, or ask for the recording of a class.
It depends on the child’s age, how many classes a week they take and how much they practise. We do not promise a date; after the first week the teacher gives you an honest estimate.
Each child has their own one-to-one class at their own level, so they do not share a lesson. Their classes are often booked back to back.
As soon as a time suits you. After you book, we message you on WhatsApp to agree the time and the teacher, and your child starts with a 3-day free trial.
No. NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and the ACT change their clocks; Queensland, WA and the NT do not. We adjust your slot for you, so the class stays at the same local time.
Yes. A female supervisor joins every class live, you can join any lesson without telling us, lessons are recorded, and teachers never contact your child outside class. Every teacher has their ID and certificates checked before teaching.
Your child can learn Quran and Islamic studies together in the same 30-minute class, or take just one subject. You choose, and the teacher shapes each lesson around your child.
Live, always. Your child reads with a real teacher on a video call, never a recorded course. Lessons are also recorded, so you can ask for the recording any time.
